With over 25 years of expertise, my massage journey began under the guidance of Vicki Bartlett. In the early 2000s, I completed an apprenticeship program during a time when massage lacked legislative structure. Driven by a passion for massage and a desire to reconnect during the pandemic, I decided to further my education. 

In June 2023, I successfully completed 625 hours of training at Indiana Therapeutic Massage School, obtaining my national certification (MBLEx) in August 2023. Now fully licensed (IN License #MT22308104) and insured, I bring a wealth of experience and commitment to providing exceptional massage services. In my early 20s, I also became a certified Reiki teacher and have attuned numerous other practitioners and teachers.

At ITMS, I delved into a diverse curriculum, covering pathology, physiology, anatomy, various massage and bodywork modalities, Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy work, ethics, business practices, and more. These 625 hours of learning combined with rigorous hands-on training in clinics and at various, off-site events fulfilled Indiana's educational requirements, propelling me towards MBLEX testing and state licensure.

Post-licensure, my commitment to has excellence led me to pursue continuing education fervently. I've taken certificate courses in Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Pelvic Health Massage Therapy, Advanced Deep Tissue Techniques, Headache Relief Methods, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM), Gua Sha, Thai Foot Reflexology, Positional Release Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, and Contemporary Cupping Methods. Surpassing the CE requirements through 2025, I am equipped with the latest tools and techniques. In fact, if you present with issues I don't feel equipped to handle, I'll often dig into research and training to expand my scope of expertise.
